Tarif, (non compris la remise 5% jumelage) : 50€ AR. + couchette retour en cabines de 4 pers: 21€ Total: 71€ Obtenu gratuité de passage d'un véhicule pour du matos.
J'ai avancé votre question du car à
David - pour autant que je sache il y aura l'attente du car pour vous
à Plymouth. Il y aura aussi quelques gens qui gratteront Plymouth
si s'il vous plaît ne font pas tout aller dans le car. (Je crois
qu'il y aura des gens qui viendront en renfort à Plymouth)
Le car vous apportera à Exeter
gare routière et vous serez rassemblés par votre hôte
et occupé à votre destination y compris l'auberge de la
jeunesse. Là est désigné des gens rencontrer les
gens d'auberge de la jeunesse et les aider avec se déplacer. Vos
hôtes vous emmèneront à Okehampton et le car vous
prendra et vous emmener au port en arrière le soir (car arrangé
par Wren). Merci pour suggérer le vin - je suis sûr nous
voulons tout aimez un peu

arrangement aux exigences de l'accomodate. John et Kate sont heureux d'avoir
Chrétien (hihihi…) et Annick. Georgina a vounteered pour transporter

Hello David,
Everything ok? Yes, we are 5 persons going to Starcross 23/25 of february.
I think it will be in the school. They would like a breton evening. So,
I'm going with my accordion, and a friend of mine will take his clarinet.
We'll play some breton danses, and Marie Françoise will show how
to danse. Of course, if Rough music is coming also, the fest noz will
be great!!
For May, things are preparing
well here.
I told you that the ferry will leave Roscoff at 15h on the 8th of may,
and arrive at Plymouth at 8.30 (when I go to Starcross, I must see for
a coach to take us at Plymouth, and bring us back on the 10th, for 10PM).
The list of people is at the
moment 57 adults, and 4 children. I'll give you the number of couples
and singles...
The people in the choir are beginning to ask about the program of that
week-end, and about the accommodation...
Have you got some details I can tell them?

- Nouveau bateau: impec! fonctionnel, neuf, déco agréable, cafèt tout ce qu'il faut pour une traversée de 6 heures, cabines sobres, mais silencieuses pas de vibrations, bon couchage.
- Projets: David Faulkner était là, avec Rough Music. Il vous envoie un grand bonjour. C'est un mec étonnant. Il semble peu communicatif, comme ça, mais il est d'une grande efficacité. Tout semble ok pour le mois de mai. Leurs affiches sont faites. Je n'ai pas pensé sur le coup demander les coordonnées des responsables de Voices in Common, la chorale avec laquelle on va chanter... Je vais lui demander, de façon qu' Annick puisse voir pour 1 ou 2 chants en commun, comme Brand New Day?
Il m'a confirmé le programme, Vendredi soir, arrivée, et hébergement: qui dans les familles Rough Music, Voices in Common, qui en auberge de jeunesse, qui avec le jumelage...
Samedi matin, (ou l'après midi, à préciser) on ira chanter sur les vieux quais d'Exeter. Le soir, concert dans l'église de Southernhay, à Exeter.
Dimanche, on reprend nos affaires, le car nous amène à Okehampton. Un hall est prévu pour les affaires. Repas en commun, puis concert dans les ruines du chateau.
Le soir, on ne sera pas loin pour regagner le bateau. Restera à voir comment on prévoira le repas du soir.. soit à bord, soit au Union Rooms, à Plymouth?
David me dit qu'il va s'occuper de réserver le car. Je lui ai dit que Melodissimo règlera. Il m'a demandé la liste ferme et définitive des personnes inscrites, solos, couples, enfants, etc... et préférences, en familles, ou liens jumelage, ou auberge....
Voilà les news !!! On a bien bossé, et tout le monde est ravi, c'est l'essentiel !
The plan so far....
Saturday morning or afternoon (not sure which yet) we will do some informal singing and playing on the Quay in Exeter - there is a covered area we might be able to use. In the evening there will be a concert in a church called the United Reform Church in Southernhay, Exeter. This again will be with the three grps Melodissimo, Voices in Common and Rough Music.
On Sunday it is Bluebell day and we can all be part of an outdoor performance at the Castle in Okehampton again with Melodissimo, Voices in Common and Rough Music (times tbc) - it is quite an old castle not too much of it left standing, but it is a very beautiful site. I propose we have a bring and share tea in a hall in Okehampton and the transport back to Plymouth returns from here - a very lovely drive over the moor.
At the moment this looks like the plan , but as you know things can change!!
